Check.jpg UPDATED - The Embedded VTube-STEP is Now Version 1.99

The previous Benderlink had included version 1.95. This version includes VTube-STEP version 1.99 that improves the calculation of centerlines from rough solid models. This new version is embedded in this version of Benderlink.

Check.jpg ENHANCED - Transfer of XYZ Data from Measuring Centers

The Hexagon DOCS software requires that the bender take in, store, and return the master centerline XYZ data.

This is the first version of Benderlink that can handle the XYZ coordinates between the DOCS software and the Chiyoda / KEINS touchscreen benders.

Check.jpg ENHANCEMENT - Better Error Recovery Handling for Disabled Buttons

Previous versions would disable the buttons on the user interface during transfer, but never enable them again if errors occurred.

This has been resolved in this version. The buttons will always enable even if an error occurs.

  • Corrupted data could shutdown communications for a single bender channel. This version has a better filter for corrupted transmissions.
  • A new feature will check the executable file for unauthorized changes to the Benderlink executable file.
