NEW: POST-BENDING FEED ACTION AFTER BEND ARM
This was added to allow the Feed to move to the load position immediately after the bend arm returns in the RELEASE section. This is for customers that require the chuck to be closed on a new part in the RELEASE section - and want the Feed axis to be in the LOAD position before starting the next part logic.

FIX: I2T Module
Many of the enhancements in version 15 were meant for the Galil control. This version fine tuned some of the changes for the legacy I2T module-based control.
