ENHANCED - Updated and cleaner user interface

Benderlink has a new user interface.

ENHANCED - Benderlink now saves all data in the Microsoft-specified locations

Benderlink was changed to store data in standard Windows locations per the Microsoft specifications. The temporary data is stored in the user's AppData\BenderlinkChiyodaKeins folder. The data files are stored in the user's Documents/BenderlinkChiyodaKeins folder. Since this data is stored in the location based on the User login, each user can now have a unique setup to Benderlink for Chiyoda and KEINS.
