FIX: Pulldown ComboBox Fix

Pulldown boxes could crash CNC Bender when being pulldown. This has been repaired.

NEW: Timeout in CYCLE HOLD for Controlled Jogs

CNC Bender now times-out controlled jogs even in CYCLE HOLD if the time-out period is elapsed.

ENHANCED: Direct Axes Jog Button and Image

The Direct Axis jog button and large LED image were redesigned so that the button will not overcome the paint event of the LED image.

Other Changes

Repaired form repaint issue in the Low Level menu.
