Built-in Excel XLS Language Editor

VTube has a built-in language editor window that allows users to change languages. Load a new language by going to System Options > Language Setup > Choose New Language > Select from the translations included with VTube installation: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, or Spanish.
