Hitch feed
From ATTWiki
(Redirected from Hitch Feed)
This is a carriage feed mode where the clamp holds the tube while the carriage backs up the distance of the next feed, the pressure die closes, the bend is made, the collet then re-grips the tube and feeds and rotates as normal. This is useful for tubes that are longer than the machine length.
As of December 30, 2008, this feature is also available for Push Bending. See CNC Bender v11-20081230 for more information.
