Eagle Precision Technologies was a unique and well-known bender brand from Canada until March 17, 2009.

As of that date, Eagle went into receivership. AddisonMckee took on the assets (not the liabilities) of Eagle Precision Technologies.

AddisonMckee continues to market the Eagle brand under the original brand name.
