Some (not all) USB-based networking often takes too many resources from the CNC Bender CPU and the PC Panel.

If you can avoid it, we do not recommend that you install a USB network driver or USB network adapter.

We've had good success with the TrendNet device on Win2000 operator stations that have no available NIC ports:
