Eagle Precision Technologies was a well-known bender brand from Canada until March 17, 2009. As of that date, Eagle went into receivership. AddisonMckee took on the assets of Eagle Precision Technologies. According to the agreement, AddisonMcKee did not take on its liabilities. See News Release of Insolvency
The latest control from Addison is the Mark VI ("Mark Six") control. Mark IV, Mark V, and Mark VI controls are Windows-based.
