The TubeCAD.config file structure has changed slightly to use the new NLM v6 software.  The LICENSE section has changed like this:

Enable Network=1
Server Name=127.0.0.1
Network Timeout=3
NLM Send Port=17500
NLM Receive Port=17501
</pre>

Enable the network license manager by setting the value for Enable Network to 1.  Switch it off by setting it to 0.  Please see the [[Network License Manager]] page for details on setup.
