This is a technical description designed for system administrators and IT personnel.<br><br>

== Public Configuration Folder ==

[[VTube-LASER v1.81.4]] and newer will install the configuration files in the PUBLIC folder space.<br><br>

All unique users (logins) will have access to the same configuration files.<br><br>

These are folder locations for the Windows versions:
* For Windows XP: '''C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\
* For Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8: '''C:\Users\Public\VTube<br><br>

==Initial VTube Project Path Assigned==
VTube uses the public document path for the project files.  For example, the actual paths will be:

* For Windows XP, the folder is typically: '''C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\VTue
* For Windows Vista, 7, and 8: '''C:\Users\Public\Documents\VTube

This path can be configured inside VTube to other paths if you want to store VTube parts on the network.<br><br>
