NEW - Completely Redesigned Interface
The interface has been updated and reorganized for easier reading with many new features for ease-of-use.
- New - Quick Load and Merge BLM Buttons
- New - Large LED numbers that indicate, in real-time, the byte count coming or going.
- New - Large Monitor speed button for switching between MONITOR ON/OFF for waiting on measuring center commands.
- New - Four new Date/Time labels show when data was last transmitted in any direction
- New - Attention Grabber Logs that flash when the operator should know that something important just happened in the logs
ENHANCED - Updated Eaton Leonard Protocol Handling
This Benderlink now communicates with Eaton Leonard measuring centers using our new current-loop technology that is compatible with the Eaton Leonard legacy protocol. The new engine for communication handling is much improved over older versions.
NEW - New Help and Manual
The manual and help system are completely rewritten with new information that includes...
- how to install Benderlink
- how to install the Benderlink Ethernet Module
- how to use the software - in much more depth
NEW - Edit the BLM YBC Data Before Sending the Corrected Data to the Bender
This new capability allows the user to fine-tune the corrections before they are sent to the BLM. For example, a 270 degree rotation can be switched to a -90 degree rotation with the press of an inversion button.
New - Check for Matching Part Number - Either ON or OFF
This new feature allows you indicate whether you want the part number to match between the BLM and measuringc enter:
- UNCHECK: to setup new parts and ignore the part number during transmission.
- CHECK: To prevent accidental mixing of two parts by making the two systems pay attention to the part name.
New - Confirmation PING for the Benderlink Module
If the Benderlink Ethernet Module responds to a PING, then it is ready for communication with Benderlink. This test makes testing networks much easier.
New - Setup and Diagnostic Utilities for the Benderlink Ethernet Module
The Benderlink Ethernet Module support software is included in the interface of Benderlink for easy access.
New - Date and Time in Status Bar
The current date and time are now always displayed in the status bar
