FIX - Removed Incorrect Automatic Language Change in Edit Boxes

When VTube-STEP edit boxes received focus (they were tabbed into or clicked on), they would change the Windows system language to Chinese.

The standard $$$ filename extension for Supravision file output is not longer removed from Supravision files during bender data output. |
