CHIYODA Bender TYPE - MQ41
"MQ41" is the Japanese designation for these controls. They are also referred to as "Memocon" controls. This bender is a non-touchscreen version of the Chiyoda controls. The two types are displayed in images below. Type V is the older of the two control types.
