Repair - Recovery Mode Rotate Spin 180
The ROTATE axis could incorrectly rotate 360 degrees when recovering from safety mat activation under rare circumstances of the rotate drifting way from zero. This has been fixed.

The new option "Radius Level for Loading" shows a list composed of 5 options for controlling where the carriage is vertically during LOADING the part.
