Three Key Types
Advanced Tubular software is controlled with one of three USB key (or dongle) types: |

Step 1 - FOR HASP KEYS ONLY: Is the Hardware Key Driver Installed?

NOTE: This is only necessary if your key looks like one of these two: |
Step 2 - Locate or Download the KeyCheck Program
Find the keycheck.exe program. Often this program is installed with any Advanced Tubular software that uses a hardware key - usually in a folder called "key". If you cannot find it, then please download the installation file and install the keycheck program. |
Step 3 - Plug in the Hardware Key and Run the KeyCheck Program
Plug in the key. The key will look like one of the two shown on the right. |

Step 4 - Run the KeyCheck Program
Run the hardware key program on the system with the key plugged in. It should find the key are report how the key is setup in the log on the screen. You can recheck for the key by pressing the "Check" button with the lightening bolt. If you want to copy the contents of the log, then you can right-click and choose a copy-to-clipboard option. If the key is not found by the KeyCheck program, then please contact us for further assistance. |
