This version of TubeCAD can build a SolidWorks tube with end offsets included in the diameter.<br><br>Positive end offsets make the diameter longer relative to the end point.  Negative offsets make the diameter shorter relative to the end point.

Check.jpg NEW - Switch Added for Blockup Label to Float in the Z Axis in AutoCAD

Previous versions of TubeCAD 8 did not allow the Blockup Labels to float in the Z axis in AutoCAD. Some customers need the labels to be positioned in true space, so we added a new EXPORT menu of the OPTIONS menu.

To change this setup, type "options" in the command line and change the checkbox value in the Export tab menu.

Check.jpg ENHANCED- Removed Blockup Label Text borders in Plot Preview

Some printer drivers have trouble placing the border around the text properly in the Plot Preview, so TubeCAD now removes the text borders for most Blockup labels.

Check.jpg FIX - Tangent Circle Drawing

  • TubeCAD no longer allows manual adjustment of the ARCSTEP and 3DARCSTEP variables for controlling the tangent circle drawing. It handles this value automatically in order to guarantee the accuracy of positioning of tangent circles in the outlines.
