BLOCK SAVE AND LOAD PROBLEM FIXED
BACKGROUND
A Block of data in a Chiyoda or KEINS bender represents a GROUP of twenty parts. Each part resides in a memory location called a Channel. Twenty channels can be transferred together and saved in a single block file.
ISSUE
Previous versions of Benderlink did not properly download a fresh set of WORK SPECS for every new part in the Block downloaded. This caused Benderlink to save the same Work Specs data for every channel even though that data is unique for every part.
This would cause all Channels to show the same number of bends for all Channels.
FIXED
This problem is fixed completely tested in this version of Benderlink. Work Specs is updated for every Channel.
MULTIPLE SKINS
BACKGROUND
As of Benderlink 5.7x, we've been adding skins the interface of Benderlink. Customers have responded positively regarding the new look, so we are now sending the setup file of is version of Benderlink with multiple skins that can be changed by the operator.
HOW TO CHANGE
Click on the caption icon for the form (in the upper left corner) to access the skins menu. The default skin is Blue Gauze.
PERSISTENCE
The skins are persistent through storage in the Windows Registry.
