CHANGES to CNC BENDER
NEW - Pressure Die Assist RVG = Real-Time Variable Gearing
Welcome to RVG POWER! Take advantage of the power of a motion-controlled Pressure Die Assist cylinder by using our Real-time Variable Gearing, or RVG feature. It is a feature that allows you to setup the Pressure Die Assist motion to adjust its motion relative to the bend axis in real time.
- Up to 20 "adjust points" can be set per RVG profile.
- Each bend can have a unique profile.
- All RVG Profiles are available for all parts on the bender in a convenient list.
NEW - PDA-RVG Profile Editor
The new RVG Profile editor allows you to edit an unlimited number of profiles. Each profile controls the gearing between the bend arm and the pressure assist.
NEW - PDA-RVG Profile Editor
The new RVG Profile ADJUST POINT editor allows you to edit a single value in an RVG Profile row. Adjust points are angles where the gearing "adjusts" to a new value.
NEW - SERVO Manual Control Page
The SERVO Manual Control page has been completely redesigned to allow for ANY NUMBER OF AXES. The page can grow or shrink automatically depending on the bender setup.
Initial tests from our technicians indicate that this page is a significant improvement in ease of use over the previous page.
The page also has new features: Every axis can be sent to either 1 pre-programmed relative location, or 2 pre-programmed absolute locations.
NEW - Toolbox Page to Store UNUSED OPTIONS
CNC Bender now allows operators to put their options away - just like tools in a tool box.
The feature is called "Toolbox" and is available for every Dynamic Options List in CNC Bender.
The action of putting an option away is a simple moving the option from one list to another using move buttons. When you need them again, they will still be in the box - already set with the value that you used last when transferring them to the toolbox.

NEW - Control the Home Offset with the HOF parameter
Now control the home offset of any axis on a user-configurable process lists with the "Home Offset" parameter called "HOF". It is no longer necessary to use low-level software to adjust the offset.
NEW - Control the PDA RVG Feature with new command-line GMV and GSV parameters
GMV = Gear Master Value, and GSV = Gear Slave Value
These new parameters are used by CNC Bender to control the new RVG feature in a process list using a COMDEF (command definition).
