STRENGTH
This type of bender is known to be an inexpensive solution compared to full CNC (3 or more controlled axes - Carriage Feed, Carriage Rotate, Bend Arm). These benders fit applications where there are few part shapes produced overall, or single bend applications.
LIMITATION
For applications that require multiple bends with rotation (twist) between the bend planes, then this style of bender can severly limit production capabilities - potentially costing much more in the long-run than the more expensive CNC benders.
