Pulse Machine Lube Pump
What is It?
This is a boolean (on/off) property in the CNCProcessor.cfg file. It is a switch that instructs CNC Processor to pulse the lube actuator during a machine lube event.
Value
The value is set to either 0 (for off) or 1 (for on).
Pulse Machine Lube Pump= 1
How to Determine if the System Should Use Pulse Output
Using a pulsed output is important for pneumatic valves. Pulsing allows the pump to send lube throughout the system by operating the plunger several times during a lube event.
However, it is very important to set pulse OFF (0) if your machine uses an electric motor for its lube system.
