Our Rescue Service is a technical support service that can help you with planning, installation, and training for our products and other products in the industry that we can support.
This service can take any of these forms:
- A planning/consultation service where we put together a plan and give you advice on how to implement the plan.
- Over-the-phone service where we give you technical support when you need it.
- E-mail support.
- LogMeIn Rescue support where we access your computer directly over the internet with your permission.
