NEW - Absolute Pre-Rotate Delay
The absolute pre-rotate command is highly optimized to rotate the spindle when the feed carriage is moving away from the part during the last bend. This programmed delay ensures that the chuck is off the part before rotating. (This is especially important for non-cylindrical tubes.)
