STEP 1
Start the NLM software on the server computer. See [[]] for details.
STEP 2
Install the VTube-STEP software. Find the "vtube local settings.cfg" file on your computer:
In Windows 7 the file will be located in the c:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\VTube folder. By default AppData is a hidden folder. (You can use Control Panel / Folders command to change this to show all folders.) The <UserName> is the login name being used to login to Windows.
In Windows XP, this file will be stored in
C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Application Data\VTube
