Cabinet
The CNC Bender operator station exterior is a built up of Rittal components. The top section is fitted with an all-aluminum heat-sink that effectively cools the cabinet. The operator station is mounted on a swival base that can be locked into position.
Internal Computer
The computer we use in the Rittal enclosure is the Advantech PC Panel. Advantech is a top-of-the-line industrial computer with a high quality touch-screen. (Not all touch-screens are easy to use due to quick loss of calibration. The Advantech touch-screen is excellent for location and feel.)
Wireless (WiFi)
All CNC Bender ProControl versions of CNC Bender come standard with WiFi connection.
Speakers for Speech Messages
Our operator station is the only bender control in the industry that actually indicates modes using verbal feedback.
</font> Our controls also give speech messages during certain conditions or events on the bender. For example, if an operator steps on the safety mat, the control announces that "All Axes Disabled." This allows everyone to know, without looking at the operator station display, that the bender is in its safe mode.
