This is software that calculates overbend necessary to overcome springback in bends.
SPRINGBACK FORMULA
- Overbend Calculator uses a bending test and a formula that helps you predict the springback from any angle in a bend by bending and measuring two sample bends.
TEST BENDS
- Two values are calculated for the formulas by measuring two test bends.
- The values are plugged into the springback formula to predict overbend to overcome springback at any angle.
