The Wayne Trail Flexbending Systems is one of the most complex bender systems available anywhere. It uses multiple sub-benders that performs bending from both ends of the tube at the same time. It is completely programmable for changing parts in seconds.

Benderlink for Flexbending Systems simplifies the setup and correction of the system through a series of sophisticated setup screens that convert standard bender data to the Flexbending System style data.

It allows you to enter XYZ centerline data, convert that data to standard bender data, then convert that data to Flexbending Systems data through sophisticated mapping screens that teach the bender how to assign the standard bender data to its sub-benders. After the initial mapping setup is complete, the software converts measuring center corrections automatically to steer the bender to a good part.

Save Hours: Powerful Bender Setup

  1. Accept data from our SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Pro/E Wildfire (FIF Translator), and Autodesk Inventor Conversion Software
  2. Map the standard LRA bender data to the Flexbending System CYCLE data (Teaches the bender where each bend is placed in the bender)
  3. Sophisticated rotation handling quickly show how rotations are affected downstream from the current rotation - in order to prevent rotation axis overtravel (see the image on the right)
  4. Setup the actual Flexbending Systems CYCLE data inside Benderlink very quickly
  5. Setup function bits that control switches at the bender
  6. Runs in the operator station - always available without the need for another computer

  1. Attaches to ROMER, AXILA, Multi Systems, FARO*, and even Eaton Leonard (*FARO Arms require Benderlink for FARO also attached to the system)
  2. Sophisticated rotation reports that quickly show how rotations are affected downstream from the current rotation - in order to prevent rotation axis overtravel
  3. Setup the actual Flexbending Systems CYCLE data inside Benderlink very quickly
  4. Setup function bits that control switches at the bender
  5. Runs in the operator station - always available without the need for another computer

Protect The Data: Password Protection

Setup data takes time to develop. We provide a secure method of controlling who has access to the data in Benderlink for Flexbending Systems.

  1. Login user control: Administrator, Supervisor, and Operator levels allow varying level of access and control
  2. The administrator can establish new supervisors and users - but does not set their password
  3. The supervisor and user have various levels of access to the system. Each individual sets his own password - which is not controlled by anyone else (including the administrator)
  4. Benderlink automatically displays a login screen after a period of no screen activity
  5. Logs provide an audit trail: You can see who made changes to the data and when
