About the Modicon Momemtum Package
This the form of the modules that are installed to machines that use our CNC Bender software. The different modules come in a variety of functions - but the same packaging. For example, the image above shows an INPUT base with 32-points with an Ethernet Communications Adapter clipped on the top.
See this data sheet (16 pages) for an overview of these modules.
View the Modicon Momentum I/O Base User Guide (662 pages).
They mount to DIN rails in electrical panels.
I2T IFC220E Servo Modules
The I2T (Pronounced "I Square T") servo modules use the same package form as the other Modicon products. They contain a computer that can control 2 axes.
This is the form for the I2T servo modules. You can see a slight difference on the base from the INPUT module. The RJ-45 receptacle on the left is an RS-232 port for setup of the module. |

In the I2T servo modules, the serial port is an RJ-45 receptacle port shown in this image. |
