Previous / Next buttons are added to quickly move between COMDEF files. No more open dialog is needed!
The buttons use the COMDEF list in the previous tab to quickly locate the next or previous file to load.
If there is nothing in the COMDEF list, then COMDEF Editor will load the list first.
The CIO list to the left will now always sorted.
