Cabinet
The CNC Bender operator station exterior is a built up of Rittal components. The top section is fitted with an all-aluminum heat-sink that effectively cools the cabinet. The operator station is mounted on a swival base that can be locked into position.
Internal Computer
The computer we use in the Rittal enclosure is the Advantech PC Panel. Advantech is a top-of-the-line industrial computer with a high quality touch-screen. (Not all touch-screens are easy to use due to quick loss of calibration. The Advantech touch-screen is excellent for location and feel.)
Wireless (WiFi)
All CNC Bender ProControl versions of CNC Bender come standard with WiFi connection.
Speakers
Our operator station is the only bender control in the industry that actually indicates modes using verbal feedback.
Operator Buttons
The buttons on the CNC Bender operator station are:
- Master Power On (illuminates green)
- Emergency Stop (red push button)
- Cycle Start (illuminates green)
- Cycle Hold (illuminates amber)
- Chuck Close (illuminates amber when chuck is closed)
- Release (illuminates green when RELEASE is requested by the bender)
- Home (illuminates flashing green when bender is homing, and solid green when bender is homed.)
