NEW - End Length Adjustment Boxes

The two new values are used to adjust the end lengths during the conversion process from SolidWorks to bender files. |

VTube now remembers the server active status and the the linear conversion setting. |
ENHANCED - Better Communications for PINES Benders
|
VTube now sends the default radius in the SVNET protocol to the PINES Technology TS2000 control in order to clear the default radius dialogs. |
