As of version 2.9, every VTube-STEP and VTube-LASER software package installed requires both a USB dongle and a simple two-step license registration process.

The steps are designed to help us verify that the license is only being installed by one of our valued customers.

We still allow you to install VTube licenses to multiple computers. However, for each computer you install VTube on, you will need to follow this registration process one time.

The first time you load VTube after an installation, you will see a screen with a message like this one.

The registration message will display on the screen in about 5 seconds.

Click on the OK button to start registration.

The License Registration window will appear like shown here.

You can request a registration key by sending your computer ID to us from this menu. This can be done one of two ways:

Choice 1 - Email a request for a registration key

Click on COPY to copy the computer ID to the Windows clipboard, then paste it to an email to [email protected]. In the email, request a "registration key" for VTube. Include your contact information in the email also.

Choice 2 - Press the SEND button

Or, if your computer has a connection to the internet, then you can use the Send window to transmit the computer ID directly to us.
