FIX for TubeCAD Long Chart ROTATION VALUE PLACEMENT
The ROTATIONS in the TubeCAD LONG chart were inserted one row too high. For example, the rotation between bends 1 and 2 may be -149.9 degrees. In this chart, that value is incorrectly place in between 2 and 3:
