Pulse Machine Lube Pump

What is It?

This is a boolean (on/off) property in the CNCProcessor.cfg file. It is a switch that instructs CNC Processor to pulse the lube actuator during a machine lube event.

Value

The value is set to either 0 (for off) or 1 (for on).

How to Determine if the System Should Use Pulse

Only use pulse for lube systems that use a pneumatic valve to send lube oil throughout the machine. It is very important to set pulse OFF (0) if your machine uses an electric motor for its lube system.

WARNING! Do not use PULSE setting for lube systems with electric motors. Switching the electric-motor pump on and off with pulsing may damage the motor and possibly void the warranty.
