ENHANCED - Moved MANDREL CYLINDER ENABLE option from OVERALL to BEND Rows
This change allows the mandrel to be switched ON or OFF individually for any bend row rather than for every bend row.
This new feature is critical for mandrels in rectangular or square tubing that rotate 90 degrees, but the mandrel can only bend in one of the two planes.
CHANGE - To Mandrel Early Advance in Prebend Logic
The Mandrel Early Advance is activated only if the MANDREL CYLINDER ENABLE is ON in the first bend row.
