REPAIR - CNC Processor Die Avoidance Move Checks

This repairs logic for checking for input for three conditions in the dies:

OK for Feed To Exceed EOT Safe Radius Change: Carriage Cross Slide Input
OK for Feed To Exceed EOT Pressure Die: Pressure Die Home Input
OK for Horizontal Head Shift with Clamp Open: Clamp Die Home Input
