Set Bend Arm Motion Acceleration and Deceleration in MANUAL Page

The MANUAL move commands for the Bend axis did not include the accel/decel COMDEF like the test bend or AUTO/STEP mode processlist. This version fixes the issue by sending the Accel/Decel COMDEFs before and after every bend for all INCREMENTAL and ABSOLUTE bend commands in the Manual page. The COMDEFs called to are named in the Low Level Options List.
