ENHANCED: Allow the Drawing of ZERO Value Radii

VTube can now draw a zero-radius bend in the model with displaying an error.

REPAIR: The Cut Length Calculation with Non Zero End Adjustments Is Repaired

The End Length Adjustments values are no longer doubled in the Cut Length calculation.
