New - Save Data to Locations Where Windows User Access Control (UAC) Allows

Now saves logs to the "c:\users\<userlogin>\appdata\roaming\ATT KeyCheck" folder. Now saves persistent settings to the current user's registry - which does not require special permission to access when UAC No longer saves data to the application folder or sub-folders of that folder
