NEW: Export to Laservision Spreadsheet Format Files

The Eaton Leonard Laservision measuring center can import CSV (Comma Separated Value) files built in an Excel spreadsheet. This version of VTube can now export to this format. The export window can also export this format directly to an Excel spreadsheet if Excel is installed on your computer. Include qualification tolerance in the export. Automatically show CSV file in a text editor for inspection. Automatically load data into Excel if Excel is available on your system.

Other Changes

The SMI export dialog now properly saves the last SMI export path.
