ENHANCEMENT: "Pull Arm from Cradle" Message Removed for Automatic Scan Modes

Note: This change is important for any customer that connects directly to benders through the Bender Setup menu. The message is of no value when the arm is running in automatic scan mode. It should only display when the scan algorithm is set to FIXED. This saves confusion for arm users that always use AUTOMATIC modes.
