We use LogmeIn Rescue for remote technical support. With this service, we can access your computer directly with your permission and resolve issues that you may be having when running our software.
- We send you a link by e-mail, or we can give you a PIN code and a web site to login to.
- We can remotely access multiple computers simultaneously.
- We can chat with you while connected
- Remote access is granted only with your permission.
