During Feed-Bending it is possible to experience a Feed Axis Fault that is most often caused by one of two issues:

The Centerline Radius values do not to match the bend die radii on the bender.
If the radius value is incorrect, then the Feed motion calculated will probably be incorrect. For example, a 90 degree bend angle on a 70 mm radius will move the Feed axis about 110mm. However, if your bender actually uses a 50 mm bend die, then the correct Feed axis motion is about 79mm. The difference of 31mm could easily cause the Feed axis to show a fault condition.

The Feed Axis Adjust % Value is not set to the proper value in the Tool page.
This value compensates for elongation during Feed-Bending. It is a negative integer value that indicates how much carriage travel to remove from the motion.
Here's an actual example:
- 8.147" of calculated feed motion for 155.6 degrees of bend
- 7.000" of measured feed motion
That calculates to -14% elongation

Here are two indicators that will help you get to a resolution quickly:
- If the Feed Axis faults especially on large angle bends, then one or both of these are probably an issue.
- If the Feed Axis does NOT fault for the same part shape while bending with no part in the machine.
