Type of Upgrade: Minor udpate Updates manual page operation

IMPROVED - Positive Only Incremental Values in MANUAL Page

The incremental values in the manual page now only return zero or greater. An incremental move that is negative makes no sense, and causes errors. The Jog+/- buttons control the direction - so there is no need for a negative number.
