ENHANCED - Early Mandrel Forward is Now Placed BEFORE the move to LOAD

The carriage would sometime crash into the back of the mandrel when the LOAD position is far forward. This occurred even with early mandrel forward switched on in PreBend. This is resolved so that the early mandrel forward moves forward before the carriage moves to the LOAD position.

REPAIRED - Bend Arm Return with Feed and No Rotate

The bend arm return with a feed and NO rotate would stop Auto mode if Cycle Hold was activated with th bend arm returning. This problem is solved with two new commands that combine the bend axis and feed axis without a rotate axis. New Command 1: BendAbsoluteAndFeedNeg New Command 2: BendAbsoluteAndFeedPos

ENHANCED - PDA Motion in Test Bend

The PDA gearing is now properly set if the RVG (Realtime Variable Gearing) feature is off or on. If RVG is ON, then the gearing PDA electronic gearing is set based on the bend angle. The PDA returns home when the operator presses All Dies Home.

REPAIR - Tube Support During Home

The Tube Support now stays DOWN during homing when the tube support UP enable feature is disabled.

New - [AXIS ENABLE AT ALL TIMES] Internal Command

This command is used by the process list builder to enable the Feed axis even when the axis list is setup to only enable when moving. This ensures that the Feed axes with low gearbox ratios stay in position when loading the tube.

New - [AXIS ENABLE ONLY TO MOVE] Internal Command

This command is used by the process list builder to allow the Feed axis to disable when not moving.

New - Ignore Step added to Popup Menu Options in COMDEF Editor

Enable and Disable IGNORE STEP choices are added to the popup menu for the command list to help change the state quickly.

Other

Fixed the labeling in some of the general dynamic options. Removed the halt after every jog command in order to allow gearing settings to remain for the following setup jogs.
