REPAIR: Windows Version Vector Laservision Communications Compatibility Issue Repaired

There was a command instruction (transmission code) problem in the transfer of data from the bender to the new Windows version of the Vector software in multi-radius mode. During a GET, the Vector would only get half of the data, the stop expecting more because of this problem. (The old DOS version of Vector did not have this problem.) This version fixes that issue that the transmission works with the new Windows version of Vector Laservision.

ENHANCED: Move Jog Queue Window Up and Right

The jog queue window is moved up and to the right to stay away from other buttons on the screen during jogging.
