This is a technical description designed for system administrators and IT personnel.

Public Configuration Folder

VTube version 1.81.4 and newer will install the configuration files in the PUBLIC folder space.

All unique users (logins) will have access to the same configuration files.

These are folder locations for the Windows versions:

• For Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\
• For Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8: C:\Users\Public\VTube
  
  

VTube Project Path Assigned Inside VTube Initially

VTube will also automatically assign the same private Documents location as the default project file storage path for each bender inside the VTube File menu.

This path can be configured inside VTube to other paths if you want to store VTube parts on the network.
