New - Shows Users Who are Using Licenses in NLM

This version can now show all users that have checked out a floating license from the Network License Manager. This allows any user to determine who is using the licenses in order to ask others if they can relinquish a license to free it for use on other computers. For older programs that don't send a user name to NLM when checking in, NLM reports the user's IP address as the Username value in the KeyCheck log.

Enhanced - Remembers the NLM ACTIVE Setting

This version remembers the NLM "Key is on a Remote Server at IP" setting between sessions.
