SIGNIFICANT ENHANCEMENT: Teach Mode
Teach mode is significantly enhanced:
- The interface was changed to make teach mode much easier to use. For example no manually programmed values that do not also move the axes are no longer allowed. Only jogged moves are now allowed in Teach mode.
- CNC Bender now warns about motion commands that were added but not actually moved during teach mode.
- The finish-up rotation calculations now take into account the avoidance route programmed in the Rotation options (short, long, CW, or CCW).
- A serious memory issue was resolved. This issue could cause application error dialogs to display.
- Steps were taken to make AUTO mode handling Custom Commands in the process list much faster than before. There is significantly less pause time between Custom Command steps in the process. If a Custom Command is empty, CNC Processor bypasses the command to save time.
- Combined servo and non-servo motion in one Custom Command used to cause the command to pause the process if the non-servo was added first. This has been fixed. Any combination of motions in any order now works.
- Custom Commands that were built by Process list builder included every non-servo command twice - wasting space and time. This has been fixed.
ENHANCEMENT: COMDEF Editor
Custom Commands can now be loaded into the COMDEF editor to see what Processlist Builder put in them.
