NEW: Include Accumulated Length Values in Reports

This feature adds new HTML tags that allow our template engine to print a list of accumulated length values both after each Length and after each Arc in the bender data.

FIX: Automatic Image Refresh In Report Window

We discovered and fixed a problem with this feature. It works reliably now in version 2.4.
